A Certificate of Exemption-Resale Tax Form must be submitted before first order will be processed. If requesting terms, Credit Application or Credit Reference Sheet must be submitted for credit approval.
Order Minimums:
• New account minimum order: $250.00
• Minimum reorder: $100.00
• A $5.00 service fee will be added to all orders not meeting minimum dollar requirements.
Prices:
• All prices are subject to change without notice.
Free Freight Program:
• Promotion valid all day/every day on orders of $500 or more. Continental US only. One order per shipping location. Promotional program not available to HI or AK. New customers must submit credit sheet to receive terms. Cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount or buying group terms. Not valid on past orders. Floor fixtures do not qualify for Free Freight program and must be written on a separate order.
Credit Terms:
• Net 30 days with credit approval. All new customers must submit a credit application with references before first order will be processed.
• Major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, and American Express) are accepted for payment at time of shipping only. Credit card payments made after ship date will incur a 3.5% finance charge.
• No C.O.D. orders accepted.
• A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be added to amounts not paid within 30 days of invoice date.
• A $30 service charge will apply to any returned payments.
Claims:
• All claims for shortages, errors, or defective product must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
