TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1
For parties of 8 or more a non-refundable deposit of ÂŁ10.00 per person is required upon booking to hold your reservation.

We request for parties of 8 or more to dine from our Festive Menu and a pre-order is required 7 days prior to the date of the booking.

If you wish to cancel or alter the number of guests you must notify Restaurant 1539 in writing and the restaurant will be entitled to retain your deposit.

The final number of guests attending must be confirmed in writing to the restaurant no later than 7 days prior to the date of the booking. Should a reduction in the number of guests attending be received after the seven days, the full cost of luncheon or dinner for cancelled guests shall remain payable.

All additional costs for drinks and wine must be settled prior to leaving the restaurant on the day.

For Christmas Day bookings a non-refundable deposit of ÂŁ20.00 per person is required and the remaining amount is payable in full by no later than 1st December 2019.

Cancellation for Christmas Day Lunch or reduction in numbers must be received by 1st December 2019. Notification of cancelled bookings received between 1st December and 14th December will incur half the cost. If notification is received later than 14th December then the full cost will remain payable.

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%.

Deposit and pre-payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

10% service charge will be applied to bookings of 8 people and over.
