In addition to the print distribution of Invest In Style, we work to effectively promote the magazine digitally, either as a whole as well as sharing the individual articles, properties, and advertisers.
A digital copy of the magazine is published through ISSUU and posted to investinstyle.ca and chestnutpark.com, where readers can virtually flip through the pages. A link to this is also shared through our social media channels for additional reach, as well as to our agents who share it on social media audience and with their clients.
When each issue of the magazine is published we run Facebook/Instagram paid ads to promote the magazine and provide access to a digital copy. Throughout the lifespan of each issue, we also use the Chestnut Park blog and our social media channels, both for Chestnut Park and Invest In Style, to share the articles from the magazine and feature the various retailers and restaurants that carry our magazine. This ensures our magazine is top of mind for past readers and potential new readers.

Chestnut Park Real Estate produces approximately 265,000 copies of Invest In Style annually among our four issues.
Copies are printed for each issue, all of which are distributed to Toronto homes and condos, all Chestnut Park offices and corporate magazine boxes, and local retail businesses and restaurants in selected locations throughout our Southern Ontario trading areas.
Some issues of Invest In Style receive additional distribution through events or additional mail outs in our regions. This includes our Spring issue being available at the Cottage Life Show in Toronto, delivery to Muskoka Lake Association Members in Spring and Summer, as well as delivery with Muskoka Life for the Summer issue. Invest In Style is also displayed in many local businesses in Muskoka, Collingwood and Prince Edward County. Our Summer issue is delivered with the Muskoka Life Magazine to cottages and businesses in Muskoka, Huntsville, Gravenhurst, and Bracebridge.
