Terms & Conditions For bookings of 3 months plus • Full Tenancy Agreement (Corporate or Individual) to be completed, signed and witnessed by both parties • 13 weeks rent (3 months) to be paid in advance. • Deposit to be paid to the value equal to 4 weeks rent. Refundable with interest at the end of stay. • Dilapidations to be deducted from the deposit and the balance returned to the client.
