n one of the corridors of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), three staff members discuss the day’s objectives. They review the scheduled C-sections and the charts of

pregnant women who have recently been admitted to the Royal Victoria Hospital. They are members of the neonatal resuscitation team. A glimpse into the world of an expert team exclusive to the Montreal Children’s Hospital (MCH).
