Dear Prospective Client SeeBee Design is a small “design studio” based in Kenilworth, Cape Town servicing the UK and South Africa. My aim is to bring fresh, professional design to my clients at an affordable rate. I love what I do and thrive bringing my clients idea’s to life!! So often when one contacts a company for a quote it takes forever to get a response…. or you don’t get a response at all. I know how important quick turn around times are and that sometimes a project has to happen sooner rather than later – that’s why I pride myself on answering all enquiries with in 4 HOURS (betw the hours of 7am and 10pm) and I don’t mind working all hours to get a last minute urgent project done on short notice. Today’s economic climate is especially tough on new/small businesses trying to carve a space for themselves in a highly competitive market – great design, and a fantastic brand needn’t cost you the moon. I charge reasonable prices and am open to working out a package/payment plan that works for both client & designer. Get the design you need for the price you can manage. I make every effort to assist my clients with affordable design rates, but if you’re on a tight budget and can’t afford the top of the range then I can also offer you a variety of appealing options that will be more suitable to your budget and perhaps also your design needs. I’m open to negotiations, so long as they’re fair and reasonable, so don’t be afraid to ask. My key priority is a happy customer, I want to build lasting relationships with my clients - with this in mind my prices are negotiated on a per project basis and will always be equal to the workload. Once bitten, twice shy - I require full payment up front and only by special agreement will 50% deposits be allowed. For local projects, EFTs are the best way of making payment; and for my international clients, I’d prefer that you use PayPal and I’ll invoice you from there.
