Thanks to all of you…YOU… Our generous Community! Our Spearfish community is the reason so many things can happen for our athletes. Financial involvement and support from our local businesses, individuals, and families are the pathway to needed support for our athletic programs. The Spearfish Spartan Athletic Booster Club in 2020-2021 been able to fund several requests from our athletic teams. Here are just a few examples: • Financial partnership with Monument Health Exos Athlete Strength and Conditioning Program • Funds for New Ball Thrower for Tennis Teams • Funds to support Cross Country Youth Running Programs • Funds for various Spartan sports camps to reduce costs of camp participation for athlete families • Funding for Golf Teams virtual golf membership to continue consistency in play if inclement weather • Funds for purchase of Soccer Team Tracker Vests • Funding for new Spartan Travel Gear for every athlete • Funds for Design and Printing of our game programs • $6,000 in Educational Scholarships Our focus is to increase our athlete Development, Performance, Opportunity.

We literally called it the “mud bowl” and my team played the other Spearfish team in the finals. We thought the other team was stacked but we ended up beating them! 2. What has being on a team taught you? Being on a team has taught me that because you can’t do everything by yourself, especially in soccer where there’s 11 people.
