The following are some tips to develop moral values in children: •

If you are the parent, then remember that moral values in your children will reflect the way you act and portray yourself.

The narration within children's stories and fables all contain some kind of lesson or theme that your children shall learn; this is better if you do this in a storytelling mode.

Deal with children in a respectful, considerate, and moral way and avoid shouting, rudeness, or any kind of negative projection upon the children themselves.

Exposing your children to religion from a very early age can help them derive moral and ethical values, all of which are core teachings across any faith.

Listening is another essential activity, and it must be clear that your child’s thoughts and actions are of importance.

Spending quality and enjoyable experiences with your child can have an indirect effect on moral value, but their importance is nowhere lessened by any degree.

Generosity is one of the core and commonly accepted tenets of moral theory. The opportunities you give your child to be generous to others can instill in them the sheer goodness of it.

Show compassion towards everyone, and through the level of connection and engagement, what it truly pertains from an overall perspective.
