PreParatIon

In a blender, blend all together with good handful of ice. Serve in chilled rock glasses.

1 lb. American pistachios, in-shell 3 Tbsp. Texas Pete hot sauce 4 Tbsp. Canola Oil Sea salt to taste

PreParatIon

Warm oil in roasting pan, add pistachios and toast. Add Texas Pete hot sauce, coating pistachios evenly, season with sea salt and serve. Serve these flavorful nuts with a Ginger Pistachio Moustache Cocktail.
