9:05 a.m. – Assisted in downtown emergency preparedness drill

1:35 p.m. – Instructed a customer on how to use a fare machine

10:05 a.m. – Stopped a tagger from vandalizing a Metro train

2:05 p.m. – Helped a person with disabilities find a station elevator

11:15 a.m. – Gave directions to a lost tourist

3:30 p.m. – Assaulted during a fare evasion

12:25 p.m. – Broke up a fight between two passengers

5:40 p.m. – Provided additional security for special event

Transit Fare Inspectors do more than check for Proof of Payment. If you disagree with a citation, there is an appeal process. Call 311 for information. Assaulting a Transit Fare Inspector is a crime. We will prosecute.

12:45 p.m. – Provided traffic control for auto accident 1:35 p.m. – Participated in School Safety Program 2:25 p.m. – Ball Park traffic control 6:35 p.m. – Spent time with the kids

Parking Control Officers were assaulted 16 times last year. If you disagree with a parking citation, there is an appeal process. Call 311 for information. Assaulting a Parking Control Officer is a crime. We will prosecute.
