Lathan Duncan was born and raised in South Africa. After graduating from High School there, he relocated to the United States where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Ministries from Emmanuel College in Franklin Springs, GA.

Previously, Lathan was the Executive Pastor of a large church in Green Bay, WI. He also worked for a multi-specialty medical clinic in Tulsa as the Executive Business Manager.

Lathan is a full-time, full-service agent, familiar with residential listings and new construction in Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Jenks and Bixby, where he currently lives. In his leisure time he enjoys playing golf, watching sports, and volunteering for non-profit organizations in his community.

Lathan holds certifications with the National Association of Realtors, Oklahoma Association of Realtors, and the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors. He also holds certification with:

Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS) and Residential Construction Certified (RCC).
