All Around the Wrekin Charity Tractor Road Run

On Sunday 29th August, 122 tractors, plus a few 4x4's set off on a 22 mile run around the Wrekin, one of Shropshire's landmark hills. The weather was beautiful and the event was a great success, raising £6,200.00 to be shared equally between Lingen Davies Cancer Fund and Prostate Cancer UK. This was the third and final road run I shall be organising. I am now 80 years old and the reason I did this one was because I was diagnosed with prostate cancer 18 months ago and following successful treatment wanted to give something back to the charities that have helped and treated me.
