Enrique Garces
Enrique Garces is an accomplished consultant with over a decade of experience driving corporate strategies that add value across several industries, including Oil & Gas, Cellulose (Pulp & Paper), Mining, Electricity, Finance, IT, and Construction. Enrique Garces
He was born and raised in Chile and completed a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering. Then he worked as Senior Consultant at Pragmaxion, which exposed him to diverse business units and industries and allowed him to hone his skills in project management, lean and continuous improvement, and stakeholder management.
He is also a devotee of the Lean philosophy, having studied its origins with Toyota Engineering Corp. in Nagoya, Japan. This experience reinforced his belief in the importance of people and teamwork as the foundation for change and improvement.

During covid, Enrique has decided to relocate from Chile to Calgary, Canada, as an International Student in Business Administration at SAIT. During his studies, he was a Mentor in the Mentorship Program, a Sustainability Ambassador at the Collective Intelligence World Congress in Montreal, and a Co-Founder of the Management Student Association in Calgary (MSA-YYC).
Enrique remains engaged with several professional organizations outside his work, including the Project Management Institute Southern Alberta Chapter (PMISAC), the Canadian Association of Management Consultants (CMC), Supply Chain Canada, and the Energy Transition ESG Network

Outside of work, Enrique plays drums, and he is making a band and is interested in making musical venues for the community. When not playing music, he enjoys traveling, practicing kenjutsu, dancing, and exploring culinary arts and wine.
