Every day, we journey through our routines and responsibilities without praise or recognition. We live each day earnestly, not knowing if anyone is taking notice or if what we do makes a difference.

Every thank you, no matter how big or small, reassures us that we’re on the right path, that our actions are not in vain, and that people can see the good things we do. We need to know that we matter.

There’s no greater gift than when somebody takes the time to see us for who we are. When they appreciate us for the things we do that others overlook. It gives us the strength we need to keep moving forward and keep striving to be our best selves.
