Our products are manufactured in accordance with the highest food safety and food quality standards. They are produced in SQFII (Safe Quality Food, facilities. All of our products are manufactured under the supervision of the Orthodox otherwise noted.
PAYMENTS
We accept checks and all major credit cards for orders of up to $3,000. For orders larger than $3,000, you may be charged a credit card processing fee of two percent. Or, you can send us a check to avoid additional costs. Delays with payment may impact the turnaround time of your order. Net 30 terms available upon approval.

The shelf life of each product varies. All chocolate items have a shelf life of about eight months. Our candy products
and popcorn and cookies last about three months. Chocolate doesn’t need to be refrigerated. Instead, the recommended storage temperature for chocolate is room temperature

SAMPLE POLICY
Please contact us for product samples! We ship samples up to $15 in value for free if you provide your shipper account number. Otherwise, regular shipping rates will be charged for the sample and credited back to you if you choose to proceed with the order. Samples over $15 in value may be invoiced in addition to the shipping rate.

SHIPPING
For bulk orders, we primarily ship with shipping discounts to our customers so ask us for a quote! We can also ship bulk orders on your shipper account. If you want us to send individual drop-shipments directly to your mailing list, we reserve the right to use the cheaper shipping providers for the respective weight and transit time.
Once your order has shipped, your account manager will send you the tracking number. Failure in transmitting the tracking number does not entitle to retroactive discounts.
All logos, copy or other material submitted by the customer for use by the factory in producing items ordered, whether or not artwork required by factory is required therewith, will be accepted by the plant as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyrights, or similar protection. The customer, by submitting such copy or other material, represents that the use thereof by the factory will not violate any such laws in the use of the customer's copy or other material. The customer hereby agrees to hold Chocomize harmless to any damages and/or expenses when they arise under all such laws as consequence of Chocomize’s use of said copy or other material, or the operations undertaken by this agreement.
