MPM Property tenants generally all pay their rent on a weekly basis. With access to our landlord portal, our owners will be able to track the daily income and expenditure of their property. Payment options to landlords are either fortnightly or monthly. This is always accompanied by a detailed income and expenses statement and any relevant invoices. At the end of each financial year, an annual statement will be provided to you for tax purposes. All these documents are then saved for ease of access anytime on your owner portal.

Each quarter, we will conduct a routine inspection of your property. This ensures the property is being kept in a tidy manner, review any possible non-urgent maintenance to bring to your attention. If anything is out of order, you will be informed immediately and we will action accordingly on your behalf.
When the time comes for your tenant’s lease to be renewed, we will complete a tenancy review in advance. We’ll discuss the tenancy with you to meet your requirements and preferred outcomes, ensuring we are working with allotted timeframes.
0% BEHIND ON PAYMENTS POLICY LANDLORD RECEIVES QUARTERLY REPORTING As a landlord, you will be sent a link to view your quarterly report on our owner portal. This will provide full size images and details about the condition of the property at the routine inspection. This allows you to stay informed your property and your tenants as time progresses.
EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE PROCESS Regardless of the time of day or night, our after-hours emergency contact provides tenants with the opportunity to call up and report any maintenance issues to our team. This ensures our agents will act in accordance with your instructions, and in line with legislation requirements.
