Workforce Training

Information Community Connections The Center of Excellence for Aerospace and Advanced Manufacturing works with industry partners and educational institutions to develop the talent pipeline for the next generation of aerospace workers across Washington State. Housed within Washington’s community and technical college system, the Center of Excellence provides leadership and resources to support industry growth and homegrown talent through collaboration with industry, labor, and education.

UNIQUE SELLING POINTS AND DIFFERENTIATORS

We convene industry and education leaders to develop Washington State’s workforce and educational programs. We problem solve training and development challenges in aerospace and advanced manufacturing to increase opportunities for community and technical college graduates while meeting the needs of manufacturing partners.

MEETING GOALS

We are seeking to learn from and partner with companies and organizations focused on developing their workforce. We are interested in meeting companies that work closely with educational institutions that offer apprenticeships, and are interested in how the educational system in Washington supports aerospace.
