He spent a total of five years at ABN AMRO Bank’s London office. Revelation's innovative approach utilised a proprietary ImProF™ Analysis, as well as a 'constructivist' approach to help companies create value. As an innovator in fund management, Revelation launched the first ever hedge fund share class denominated in gold. Revelation Capital also launched Revelation Select Investments to invest in undervalued public-to-private, illiquid public, and/or private equity opportunities. Concurrent with the launch of the hedge fund in 2004, Kuchanny launched The Genesis Foundation. This charitable entity was structured to receive a portion of as much as 25% of the income of the hedge fund business, to support a wide range of charities, with a particular focus on assisting people in poverty. Its

vision is to empower individuals to achieve improved and sustainable well-being by overcoming obstacles to full and purposeful lives in the context of the local community. For some years, Kuchanny has been focusing his time on impact investment, supporting ventures that integrate social and/or environmental impact in their strategy. In 2017, he started building a portfolio of private equity investments in a variety of impactful activities, often providing advice as well as capital. To help facilitate this, he began CKuchanny Consulting, offering extensive consulting and advisory support with a focus on strategy at Board/C-suite executive level. He primarily centred his services on businesses whilst also offering support to charities and faith-based organisations. In January 2022, Chris began serving Mercer’s Private Equity business by joining the Advisory Panel for their Global Impact & Sustainable Opportunities Funds. In this role, he offers advice to the private equity business of one of the world's most significant fiduciaries as they transitioned from sustainable to impact investment within their private equity fund of funds. At the same time, Kuchanny has invested in and supported a range of impactful public and private enterprises, with an exclusive focus on organisations with clear and meaningful environmental and/or social benefits.
