Meet Our New Faces

Face masks, social distancing and SafeEntry requirements, as inconvenient as they may be, are here to stay at least for the next few months. We kindly ask everyone to adhere to these new norms and keep the Club compliant with ongoing regulations, so that we may all continue to enjoy our ‘Home away from Home’.

Dear Members,

Since the last issue of ‘Relax’ Magazine in March/April, followed by a hiatus from May till August 2020, lots of changes have taken place both within the Club and around the world. We have adapted with remarkable speed and embraced countless new norms, many of which have become a part of our daily lives.

In particular, this summer holiday period marked a major change from previous years. Around this time, the Club would usually be welcoming Members back from their travels abroad – visiting family and friends at home, or enjoying a getaway from school and work. However, this year we have had a record number of Members utilising the Club during summer. It is heartening to see so many of you using the facilities responsibly, and with great consideration for the safety and peace-of-mind of your fellow Members and staff.

In the coming months, my team and I will be planning and organising more special promotions and activities to keep the Club fun, engaging and inclusive for all, whilst bearing in mind the new social norms and enforcing all compulsory safety measures. Keep a lookout for our upcoming F&B specials, Halloween happenings and Christmas offerings on Pages 10 - 15, and Quiz Nights on Page 25. Should you have any ideas for new activities and social or special interest groups, do share them with our Events team.

Finally, I would like to sincerely thank you for your valuable support and understanding regarding any inconveniences you may encounter during this unprecedented period. It is much appreciated.

Stay safe and see you soon at the Club!
