What to expect from your Planner Month / Day Of Wedding Coordination We are happy to provide wedding coordination for brides wanting help tying everything together and orchestrating their wedding day activities in the final month. Our day of coordination package is a bit more extensive than the standard wedding coordination package most planners offer because we are devoted to an exceptional client and guest experience and service. Month Of Coordination Includes: *access to our online planning program, wedding checklist, and preferred vendor list *one on-site consultation at the ceremony and reception locations to cover layout, timeline, & decor *wedding weekend timeline construction *contact to all vendors and wedding party members/parents with the wedding weekend timeline and needed addresses *one hour ceremony rehearsal *direction of all wedding arrangements on the day of the wedding
Full-Service Wedding Planning Our custom design experience is an integral element to our full-service package and offers creative direction and inspiration throughout the wedding planning experience. Our planners work closely with our clients to develop detailed online wedding design boards, which capture our client’s vision and feature a collection of color palettes, layouts, pictures, and fabrics. Using this collaborative, unique design process allows our team to clearly communicate the expectations of every detail to the client, as well as to each vendor and confirms that everyone involved is aesthetically aligned. We have built strong relationships with many industry leaders and truly enjoy orchestrating the perfect wedding with these outstanding creative professionals.
Our team specializes in full-service wedding planning, providing our clients with comprehensive guidance and expertise, with an emphasis on custom details and a seamless guest experience. Our team is comprised of professionals who have made wedding planning their full time focus. We consider ourselves creatives, but we function as a professional business responding to emails in a timely manner during business hours. We believe that communication is a key part of our success. Rather than charging based on a set number of emails, hours, or meetings, we give one flat up-front fee which never increases later in the process and includes unlimited contact as needed. We are dedicated to making your event a success from start to finish. All of our planners use a custom, online planning system to ensure all the details are covered, which also allows our clients to watch the progress of their event. This online planning system makes planning an event with a client easy, even when it is a destination location.

To-Do List / Calendar System Our to-do lists are cultivated from years of experience and hundreds of weddings. It is completely customizable to our client’s needs and it allows us to assign items to members of our planning team, as well as comment
with updates or questions to maintain current communication about our progress. Each to-do is customized to fit your timeline, while payment reminders and appointments are easily added.
Budget Our online budget tool is extremely helpful in building and maintaining a clear perspective of our client’s overall target budget. Additionally, it keeps us on track with vendor payments made and pending. . Guest Tracking System Our online guest tracking system keeps all RSVPs in one simple spot and makes assigning table numbers easy and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
Online Design Boards (full planning and design only)
Almost every bride is anxious about the way her big day will come together. From the linens to the florals, our online design boards bring our clients’ vision to life and create the customized feel our couples are looking for. Allowing our clients to see every detail, our design boards specify everything from the bridesmaids gown to the exit plan. Design boards are updated throughout the process and are sent to the aesthetic vendors involved with the wedding, to ensure that everything is cohesive on the wedding day.
