Course Content

Engage with local marine issues through experience

Introduction to marine environments, practical snorkelling skills and species adaptations

Develop understanding of the structural, behavioural, reproductive and physiological adaptations that assist in the survival of the species

Lab-based experimentation and project work will complement practical elements

Focus on practical snorkelling skills and basic open water safety within the marine environment and an understanding of weather conditions
