CAFO Movement Champion Organizations extend themselves to make the growth and maturity of the orphan care movement a special priority. These members view this investment as a major expression of their mission — effective care for vulnerable children worldwide.

*Issue-Focused Working Groups: A member of the organization’s senior staff is requested to serve on one of three working groups (adoption, foster, or global orphan care). Each group will address one critical issue together annually — framing the challenge and identifying best-in-class practices and resources for effective response.
CAFO Executive Advisory Council: The organization’s CEO is requested to serve on the CAFO Executive Advisory Council, designed to confer on the current state and direction of the movement. This commitment will include one in-person meeting of the full Council at Summit (Fall) and one leader-to-leader phone call by each member (Spring) with CAFO President Jedd Medefind.
