Transitioning to Family Care
Around the world there is a growing movement of transitioning from residential care to family-based care for children outside of parental care. With millions of children living in orphanages and children’s homes around the world, programs need support to transition to family care models.
We offer support for that process in a number of ways:
• Transitioning Donors Booklet - bring your donors along to a new model of family-based care.
• Moving Toward Family Solutions - an experiential workshop exploring the realities of transitioning to family care
• Care Transition Accelerator Academy - developing regional coaches to support local programs in transitioning to family care
