Standard Sizing: Standard sizes fit “average” body types with non-exceptional body proportions. Order by size or item number using the appropriate item specific size chart on pages 66-69.
How to Measure: Take measurements over clothing you normally wear during worship services. The diagrams above may help you take accurate measurements. If you need further assistance with measuring, please contact your local Murphy representative. Select the size that most closely matches your measurements and order by style, color and size code/sizing.
C hest: With arms relaxed, measure around the fullest part of the chest, under the arms and across shoulder blades. The tape should be snug but not tight. Keep tape parallel to the floor.
Sleeve: If you know your exact shirt sleeve length, use this size. To measure, bend elbow and measure from center of back at base of neck, over the shoulder, and around the elbow to the wrist bone, with lower arm parallel to the floor.
Back Length: Fasten a measuring chart or tape to the wall and stand straight against the wall chart, with “Sunday” shoes on and heels against the wall. The back of the head should touch the chart. Have someone place a ruler at the base of neck, parallel to the floor. Your total height in shoes should be used as your back length measurement.
Band Cinctures: Measure around the stomach where the cincture will be worn, over “Sunday” street clothing, including a belt. Add 4" to this measurement. Use this total measurement to determine band cincture size.
Taxes: We are required to bill for all applicable taxes in your state unless you provide proof of tax exemption with your order.

Deposit/Payment: A minimum of one-half (50%) deposit, or terms as assigned, is to accompany your order. No changes or cancellations on Custom robes will be allowed after garments have been cut.
Shipping: Unit prices do not include the cost of shipping. Shipping costs will be added to your invoice. Please allow 6 weeks on Hand-Tailored and 10 weeks on Custom after factory receipt of your complete order for manufacturing. Seasonal demands may affect the delivery time of your order. During peak religious seasons, please check with your Murphy representative to confirm on-time delivery.
Order Acknowledgment: Once an order is received, an Order In Process Acknowledgment will be sent to you which includes your order number. Refer to this order number should you need to call for questions or concerns. Once your order and measurements are processed, a Detailed Acknowledgment will be sent to you. Please check your copy carefully and notify us immediately if there are any errors. Your order is custom-made and we cannot authorize any changes, cancellations or refunds after factory production has started.
Returns: All Custom products cannot be returned and are non-refundable due to personalized custom printing or fabric. Cancellations are not accepted after the order has been submitted. Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. You must notify us of any problems within 30 days of receipt of your order. Should you have a problem with your order, call or write for return authorization and instructions. Company errors will be promptly corrected at no charge. We reserve the right to charge for any alterations or replacements for which the company is not at fault.
