Tirta Nusa is a company engaged in the provision of coal logistic services. In 2022, Tirta Nusa commissioned the construction of a new office located in South Jakarta as its base of operation. For its new head office Tirta Nusa envisioned a compact yet efficient business environment, which provides a healthy workspace for its workers.

Moving forward from a traditional office space model, Tirta Nusa Buana’s office is designed as an open collaborative office space emphasizing in open working area with as minimum private offices as possible.

This project is completed in September of 2022.

ENTRANCE AREA

Darker colors like gray and black is promenently used in this office to signify elegance as well as representing Tirta Nusa Buana as a coal logistics company with its corporate colors (red, blue, and yellow) used as colorful accents.

In addition to being an effective collaborative office space for its employees, this office is also designed to be a representation of Tirta Nusa as a business in accommodating various guests and business partners who visit from time to time.

Sentratama

CEMPAKA PUTIH, EAST JAKARTA

In 2021, one of Interra’s longtime clients, Sentratama Investindo is planning to relocate its headquarters and has appointed Interra to design its new office.

Sentratama envisioned an office designed to welcome its business partners to various meetings with an em phasize in comfort and luxury, to best represent Sentrat ama as a business.

The office’s construction is completed in May of 2022.

LOUNGE AREA

MEETING ROOM

One of the areas constructed is a luxurious lounge and a couple of meeting rooms dedicated to host various business meetings and events.

The lounge is a sizable seating area, and the meeting room constisted of two large meeting rooms that can be converted into an even larger meeting room/mini-hall.

The furnitures used is designed to be modular and movable including the sliding partition sep arating those areas.

CILANDAK, SOUTH JAKARTA

Maximos, a newly launched subsidiary of Meratus, after going through a careful selection appointed Interra to design its new office located in South Jakarta.

This office is designed by utilizing all of its office space effectively with an open plan layout and industrial style interior that created a space representative of Maximos Global Logistik.

This 700sqm project is completed in May 2022.

PANTRY

Glass partitions and open floor plans create a modern and innovative space with unobstructed views, utilizing natural light to illuminate even the most hidden corners of the office during the day.

The office space combines the raw quality of exposed con crete with the warmth of wood and carpet tones to create a relaxed atmosphere throughout the space.

In 2021, after competing in the selection process, Interra is chosen to design Cargo Partner Lo gistics’ new head office in South Jakarta.

The office makes maximum use of its 200sqm area, designed with modern minimalist interior design presenting a compact working area with a neat and clean nuance.

Angkasa Pura

KEMAYORAN, CENTRAL JAKARTA

Angkasa Pura is rejuvinating its clinic to better accomodate for the examinations and treatments of Angkasa Pura’s various executives and staffs. Angkasa Pura felt the clinic needed an improve ment from its previous state.

With tidiness and cleanliness in mind, this clinic was designed with minimalist-style interior with light colors such as white, light gray and light wood tones.

Gozaru Resto.

BSD, SOUTH TANGERANG

Gozaru first opened it’s door in 2020 serving various japanese food and beverages. Using the warm tones of wood and yellow lighting, Gozaru’s store design envokes authentic japanese food consuming experience. The store is also equipped with a compact industrial kitchen to accomo date Gozaru’s large quantity of services for both in-store purchase as well as online orders.
