The Christie Cannon Group: A History Christie Cannon had a long journey to become the most successful Keller Williams group in Frisco, TX. She has been in real estate for over 15 years, and grew in Keller Williams from an individual agent to the head of her own team over the course of several years.
Her introduction to real estate began when she became a Texas Real Estate Commission Licensed Agent in 1997. The next year, she began working inland development real estate in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Christie worked in Dallas/Ft. Worth for 5 years, primarily working on commercial and residential properties. She worked with a number of major land developers in Dallas/Ft. Worth, and throughout her career was able to close several award winning development deals. In 2003, she decided that she wanted to pursue residential real estate full time, and moved to Frisco to work for Keller Williams Realty.
Her career with Keller Williams got off to a good start. An individual agent when she started, she won rookie of the year between 2004 and 2005. She then partnered with her husband Kevin, and the two of them hired a full time staff in 2007.
The group continued to grow, and in 2009 they hired a buyer's agent to handle the ever growing business. Kevin is now a licensed Broker Associate, and Christie Cannon KellerWilliams has 3 full time staff and 6 agents working for them. The group attributes its success largely to the loyalty and support of their customer base, who constantly refer friends and family members to the Christie Cannon Team. Since 2011, the Christie Cannon Group has been named the top Keller Williams Group in Frisco & has been recognized by D Magazine & Texas Monthly Magazine for their service & success.
