Become A Retailer

For retailers in Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin, please contact your daniel*richards sales representative for more information.

Online Stores

At this time, we’re accepting a limited number of wholesale accounts for online only stores. Approval is required prior to placing at PO for online only retailers. Additional terms may apply.

4829 Candles® products are NOT permitted to be sold on Etsy, Amazon, or other third-party websites. Approved retailers are only authorized to sell on their own e-commerce websites.

Terms

Retailers must agree to our terms and policies for approval and we reserve the right to stop selling to stores who fail to comply.

Ticketing

All candles are shipped without prices or ticketing unless otherwise coordinated. If ticketing is required, please contact 4829 Candles® or your daniel*richards sales representative. Additional fees may apply.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

Approved retailers can place orders with a daniel*richards sales representative, directly with 4829 Candles®, or with Faire in select regions.

ORDERING & PAYMENT CONT.

When ordering add the fragrance selection as well as the personalization text, if applicable, to the PO. Please double check spelling as we do not provide proofs for personalized labels, only fully custom labels. 4829 Candles® will send a Sales Order at the time of order processing to confirm details. Please contact us within 24 hours if there are any edits required. After 24 hours, candles start production and orders can not be changed.

All invoices are sent from Quickbooks via email. We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer. Orders over $2,500 processed via credit card will have a 3% card processing fee. Full payment is due upon receipt of invoice.*

Shipping

Orders will be packaged in as few boxes as possible and shipped approximately 3-14 days from the date 4829 Candles® receives the purchase order. Domestic orders will ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the size of the order. If you would prefer to use your own FedEx or UPS account number, please contact us in advance.

Shipping costs are due upon receipt of invoice. Please notify us of any time–sensitive orders. Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost. 4829 Candles® is not responsible for any carrier delays and reserves the right to delay shipping due to extreme weather or other conditions.

**Orders during peak season, over 1,000 candles, and custom projects may be subject to longer lead times.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of sales order. We only accept returns on damaged or defective merchandise. Claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise with photos illustrating the packaging and product damage.
