Free shipping on domestic orders over $500. We ship via UPS Ground. Let us know if you have your own method of shipping, and would like to arrange payment and a pickup yourself. We will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment. Brooklyn Candle Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered — please take adequate precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely. We ship most international orders via UPS Worldwide. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees.
