I plan to partner with you during the design process and also teach as I go so that you have confidence in WordPress and can use it effectively, long after the design is complete. I am accessible during my normal business hours (which are pretty extended for your convenience) I hope that you are as excited as I am.
WHAT TO EXPECT: You have taken the first leap in booking your new design. Attached, you will find a more in depth questionnaire that will give me a better idea on what your project will entail. Please, fill it out as completely as possible. After reviewing that, I will begin drafting the project and will send you a preliminary sketch and scope of your new site for review. We agree on things and the MAGIC really kicks into high gear.
If you will be using pre-made graphics ,please, send them to me as soon as possible.
I believe in getting my clients as involved in the project as possible, so you and I will be in touch quite frequently. Communication is KEY: In order to keep your project on track , please be sure to communicate freely and within a timely manner. (yes, there are penalties as stated in each design contract) Full web design projects typically have a 30 day turn-around as stated to allow me to put the best effort in detail on your new site. You will receive an email containing log in information to a client project management software where you and I will be able to communicate on a regular basis. Please, be sure that you have thoroughly read the terms and conditions.
