It’s interview season! Here are some tips to ensure your success! • Research the company’s website before your interview and arrive 15 minutes early • Be courteous to everyone you meet. You never know who is a part of the decision! • Use the STAR method when you provide examples & focus on your actions and results. • Ask at least 3 questions to your interview, including what the next step in the process is. • Follow up with a thank you note no later than 48 hours after your interview.
