The future of MGO boards Material PB-M Premium are produced with composite materials as MgSo4, Perlite, other adjectives and alkali free glass fibre mesh, 100% asbestos and silica free. The board appears in its natural off white colour as standard and has a hard and durable surface. Moisture Resistant PB-M Premium has very limited moisture absorption compared to normal MGO boards and the board can absorb and release moisture an unlimited number of times, without board strength properties changes.

The board is vapour permeable and insulation can be mounted directly on the backside when used in ventilated constructions. Resistant to mould and fungus PB-M Premium will not rot or degrade in humid environment. The PH value makes the plate very resistant to attack by fungus and mould. Applications Dry wall, SIP, wind barrier, render carrier, wet rooms etc.

PB-C Nature Pro

Cladding Panel of dyed coloured fibre cement with semi-coated surface and UV filter.

Materials PB-C Nature Pro cladding panel comes in dyed coloured fibre cement, with a semi-coated silk mat, water-resistant and UV-protected surface, with visible ground structure. After cutting, edges must be sealed with PB hydro block.

Colours PB-C Nature Pro comes with dyed coloured core in the following colours: anthracite - off-white or light grey core.

PB-C Nature Pro has a slightly sanded front and rolled backing. The board is impermeable. The surface is uniform in colour and appearance between different batch series.

PB-C Nature Pro high PH value of 11 makes the board very resistant to attack by fungi and moulds. PB-C Nature Pro cannot rot or degrade in a humid environment. Moisture-resistant PB-C Nature Pro is not weakened when wet.

PB-C Nature UV

Cladding Panel of dyed coloured fibre cement Materials PB-C Nature UV Cladding panel in dyed coloured fibre cement (according to EN 12467). The boards appears natural, in earthy colours that is characteristic of dyed cement-based raw materials, which helps to create the faรงade's rustic appearance.

Use For faรงade cladding (mainly ventilated faรงade/cladding), under-roof, wet room and fascia board. Can be used outside and inside without restriction. Colours - dyed fibre cement PB-C Nature UV is produced in the dyed earthy colours Natural white, Flint/Cement grey, Anthracite/Matte black, and in special cases, Sand and a Reddish Soil Colour. Since the raw materials provide the dyed colours, different production series cannot be mixed because there may be a colour difference between production series. Colour-fast PB-C Nature UV is surface-treated with PB-Hydro block, which makes the front resistant to water and dirt and provides increased protection against UV fading. The board can/will slowly develop a patina, depending on where it is mounted. The board is permeable , unlike PB-C City and PB-C Nature Pro. Surface PB-C Nature UV has a sanded front. The surface appears natural and there are small whitish specks in the surfaces that vary in size and number. This provide a rustic appearance in the faรงade.

PB-C City

Cladding panel of fibre cement with smooth, painted, fully covering PVDF surface with UV filter. RAL 9005

Materials PB-C City cladding panel is supplied in coloured fibre cement with smooth, fully covering PVDF painted surface. The back is sealed with PU. The edges must be sealed with PB hydro-block after cutting. The surface also has anti-graffiti protection. Use For wall cladding (mainly ventilated faรงade/ cladding). Can be used outside and inside without restriction. Colours PB-C City can be supplied in any RAL colour with more than 1400 m2 per colour, or you can choose RAL black 9005, which is the standard colour. PB-C City is varnished with 2 coats of fully covering PVDF varnish, which gives the surface a very consistent look and is UV resistant for up to 10 years without fading. The PVDF surface can be supplied from gloss 10-70.

Surface PB-C City has a tough, durable and impermeable surface. Resistant to mould fungus, etc. PB-C City high PH value of 11 makes the board very resistant to attack by fungi and moulds. PB-C City cannot rot or degrade in a humid environment. Moisture-resistant PB-C City is not weakened when wet.

PB-C Base

Building/cladding panel of dyed, untreated fibre cement for paint treatment

Materials PB-C Base is a cladding panel with high density that is supplied untreated and dyed (according to EN 12467). The panel appears natural in light sand colour. Use Intended for cladding panel as base-board for paint treatment as required on site. Surface and surface treatment PB-C Base has a very hard and smooth surface (due to its high density), which is ideal for painting. When treating with paint, it is important all sides are impermeable after treatment, so that the panel does not distort.

Resistant to mould fungus, etc. PB-C Base high PH value of 11 makes the board very resistant to attack by fungi and moulds. PB-C Base cannot rot or degrade in a humid environment. PB-C Building Board Building panel of dyed, untreated fibre cement

Materials PB-C building board is a building board in untreated dyed fibre cement (according to EN 12467). The board appears natural, in earthy grey colour that is characteristic of cement-based raw materials, which helps to create the board's rustic appearance. Use For overhang/plinth /wall cladding (mainly ventilated cladding), under-roof, wet room and fascia board. Colours - dyed fibre cement PB-C building board is produced in the earthy colour, cement grey. Since the raw materials provide the colours, different production series cannot be mixed when used for a faรงade because there may be a colour difference between production series, which will be visible.

Surface and surface treatment PB-C building board has a tough, durable and rolled surface. The surface appears natural and there are whitish specks in the surfaces that vary in size and number. Material PB-CS Calcium Silicate board is widely used in high temperature area for thermal insulation, 100% free of asbestos. The colour of the board is natural sand colour and it has a very durable and maintance free surface. Moisture Resistant PB-CS board is not affected when wet. The board can absorb and release moisture an unlimited number of times, without board strength properties changes. The board is vapor permeable.. Resistant to mold and fungus PB-CS is very resistant to attack by fungus and mold and the board will not rot or degrade in humid environments. Applications For fire rated DRY walls-ceilings, SIPS, Rendering and firedoors can also be used in weat rooms as unorganic product.

Materials PB CSV/I Calcium Silicate board is supplied as untreated (PB CSV) or with treated water repellent front (PB CSVI). Both types are permeable. Moisture-resistant mould fungus The board is not weakened when wet. The high PH value makes the board very resistant to attack by fungi and moulds. The board cannot rot or degrade in a humid environment. Exposure For PB-CSV exposure, recommended for up to 12 months, if the underlying material is inorganic. For PB-CSV/I, there is no time limit because the outside surface is water resistant. Applications As a weather screen board in partially open or open faรงades, where there are also requirements that the board must be permeable. Normally, it is possible to insulate all the way up to the board, provided the inside vapour barrier is sealed.

PB butyl tape is strong, self-adhesive and adapted to both humid and cold conditions. The tape's content of SBS modified systems provides superior properties in relation to cold and elasticity, with no permanent deformations and greater adhesive properties than standard butyl tape PB butyl tape is UV protected on the outside with black aluminium foil. Application – for waterproof sealing Colour - Black/Black alu-foil on the outside. Product benefits Adheres to many surfaces without the use of primer such as PB-M/CSV. It is UV resistant. 10-year system guarantee PB offers a 10-year product and functional guarantee on the Butyl tape. The product warranty covers the shelf life of the product when correctly assembled. Important when mounting the tape is stored at temperature at approx. 15 – 25 degrees for a fast adhesiveness.

PB-V Steel profile for "Ventilated faรงade- cladding system" m

PB-V steel 25/110 Ventilated Distance Profile Profile for use as backing for plaster-bearing PB-CS or the PB-C product range as Cladding. The profiles are made of 0.9 mm thick galvanized steel plate that is surface-treated to withstand the climate effects. The profiles are provided with holes in order to ensure adequate ventilation of the cavity between the wind barrier and the Cladding/Faรงade board. Area of application PB-V steel spacers are mounted horizontally or vertical on the backwall with cc-distance max. 600 mm and thereby forms a substrate for mounting the cladding board. Properties PB-V steel profiles are produced in aluminium-zinc steel, where both sides are surface-treated and provide a robust and durable surface that conforms to corrosion class C3. The properties of the coating meet the requirements of standard EN ISO 7253. Assembly PB-V steel profiles must be mounted according to the mounting instructions for Ventilated Faรงade System.
