elcome to our first issue of the Hometown Health guide—the Health Quest Medical Practice directory of services. Health Quest Medical Practice is a multi-specialty medical group focused on delivering quality health care to all residents of the Hudson Valley. What sets us apart is the breadth of our services. We are not just doctors in our communities; we are doctors and other medical providers who are part of the largest health care system in the area. The hospitals of Health Quest—Northern Dutchess Hospital, Putnam Hospital Center and Vassar Brothers Medical Center—have combined resources and are working together to provide the highest level of technology and medical sophistication. Our quality of care is consistent whether you are in your doctor’s office, in the hospital, or if you need urgent care or outpatient services. What also sets us apart is our relationship with you. Our primary care offices—and there are now 12 of them—are near where we live and work. We are your neighbors. We support our communities by being in our communities. We can provide services when the need is complicated, and when it’s not. And you will not need to travel to receive this world-class care. This directory introduces you to the many fine physicians and staff who make up Health Quest Medical Practice. We hope you enjoy learning more about them. And if you need our services, know we are standing by, ready to serve.
