Nursery

What an exciting year it has been in the Nursery, and it’s certainly been a year of celebrations! Not only did we have the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, but also our own school’s tercentenary! As always, the Nursery children were fully involved in the festivities; they planted trees and enjoyed a birthday picnic for the school, helping to blow out 300 (well, nearly!) candles on the big birthday cake. They also helped create the beautiful mosaic in the quad, representing the youngest children in the school. A little later in the year, we joined the country in honouring the Queen in the Jubilee, with red, white, and blue bunting, and learning about London. They even entered a fabulous cake into the Jubilee cake competition! The children have been a joy to teach this year, with their energy and enthusiasm. Well done everyone!
