High Gardens, located in Parañaque, redefines urban living on an expansive 8,100-square meter site, combining sustainability with a strong sense of community The development includes three towers one office and two residential complemented by retail spaces that together create a balanced environment for work, life, and leisure The residential towers, characterized by their curved corners and open apertures, are designed to enhance the flow of natural light and air, promoting passive cooling and creating comfortable living spaces
By elevating the garden to the fifth floor, the ground level is transformed into a dynamic retail area, featuring wide sidewalks and a public promenade that prioritize pedestrian activity over vehicle traffic Green spaces are thoughtfully integrated throughout the complex, connecting its various functions and providing peaceful retreats in the midst of urban life High Gardens is a tranquil oasis where connections are fostered, and a sense of serenity prevails
