“I participated in an intensive, one-week EMI program at UCI. It changed my view of education drastically. The teaching staff was deeply committed to the problem of each participant, which was moving. I not only learned techniques but a deeper way of thinking. I feel confident that even if the times change, I will apply this way of thinking to various situations.” KAORI NAKANO | Japan Professor, School of Global Japanese Studies, Meiji University
