2nd version 2006 Cooperation Map
The first version of the CIAT Tax Code Model was developed by a Working Group sponsored by the GTZ of Germany, and after consulting with prestigious tax experts from the Latin American region, Germany and Spain, it was approved and published in 1997.
The second version of the CIAT Tax Code Model was the result of the Working Group sponsored by the SATA of Spain and CIAT which was formed by the following member countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Spain and Mexico. •• Mobile Version
This new version provides practical and flexible solutions and is aimed at being a general reference guide, which may be used by the different CIAT member countries in the legislative reform processes.
It covers five main areas. •
Preliminary provisions;
•
The tax and substantive tax relationships;
•
Procedures for the application of taxes;
•
Tax violations and sanctions
•
Tax actions review procedures.
