You might be flying out of CVG less during the pandemic, but CEO Candace McGraw says expansion work has continued. The Car Rental Center opened in October adjacent to the terminal, eliminating shuttle rides, as did a $70-million runway upgrade. She says passengers are returning, with 2021 numbers finishing at 70 percent of 2019 (compared to the projected 50 percent). –JOHN FOX
