Open Net Africa
The Open Net Africa initiative is aimed at promoting internet freedoms in various African countries including Burundi, Ethiopia, Kenya, South Africa, Tanzania and Uganda. The centralised platform - www.opennetafrica.org - ) on access provides information on internet freedom in Africa. On it we are documenting internet rights violations, and reviewing how national policies affect internet freedoms. We are also conducting awareness-raising about internet freedoms and the need to protect and promote them.
