Chang Kil-Hwan is a highly accomplished professional fine artist. He completed his graduate studies at Keymyung University and served as a professor at Tongmyung University from 1980 to 2013. In recognition of his artistic excellence, Chang Kil-Hwan was awarded the Silver Prize at the Tashkent International Biennale in 2005.
