General Rules If you have preregistered, you will receive a bid number when you checkin at the auction. If you are registering at the door, you will be assigned a bid number at that time. The auction will open for bidding at 7:00 pm. All winning items and services must be paid for in full the night of the auction. Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, personal checks and cash are accepted. Checkout will open at the conclusion of the Live Auction. Buyers must remove all items on auction night unless other arrangements are made at checkout. You will need proof of purchase in order to collect your items. For easy and fast checkout, we encourage you to preregister prior to the auction. You will need proof of purchase in order to collect your items. At the end of the night any items purchased will automatically be billed to your credit card. All sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges unless otherwise noted. Everything will be sold “as is”. Prior to bidding, please read any specifications and limitations carefully. Unless otherwise specified, all auction items and services must be used within one year of the 2022 auction. Values indicated on some auction items are estimates only and are not warranted by the school for tax purposes or for general value. The Auction Team has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of this catalog. If we have omitted or misspelled a name or attributed a donor incorrectly, please accept our apology. Live Auction Items will be auctioned off in the order they appear in this catalog. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will be the buyer. In the event of any dispute, the auctioneer shall determine the successful bidder.

A volunteer will bring a contract to the successful bidder to be completed and signed. Buyer must have proof of purchase from checkout before collecting an item.

Silent Auction All items in the silent auction have an item number affixed or nearby. Enter the item number into your smartphone to bid on the item. Each incremental bid amount is displayed on OneCause and constitutes a valid bid. Each new bid must be entered into the OneCause system (or a Max Bid may be set to allow the system to bid on your behalf). Only an authorized person may nullify a bid. In the event of a dispute, the development office shall act as the final authority and shall determine the winning bidder. The decision shall be final. All items may be picked up after payment has been received and proof of purchase presented.
