Low-Sensory Music & Movement Saturday, March 26, 9:30-10:15 a.m.

No registration or check-in! Enjoy stories, songs, rhymes, and activities together. At the end of the program, children and caregivers are invited to socialize and play. All storytime programs are in the Eisenhower Room.

Ages 2-5 with adult Registration recommended on B-REx.com Enjoy dimmed lights, quiet music, and a slower pace in a low-sensory environment, followed by time to play. This program welcomes kids with sensory processing disorder or avoidant preferences.

No programs March 21-25.

Every Thursday through May 12, 4-5 p.m. Age: Kindergarten - 5th Grade Sign-up begins at 3:45 p.m. at the Children’s Desk Kids will build confidence and fluency by reading aloud to trained therapy dogs. Bring your own book or choose a library book and our dog friends will listen patiently to you.

Library STEAM Club Monthly on 1st Saturday: Saturday, March 5 10-10:45 a.m. and 11-11:45 a.m. Age: 5-8 Sign in at the start of the program Explore science, technology, engineering, art and math with fun hands-on activities, LEGOs, crafts and more plus lots of STEAM related books!

Art Stop on the Go Monthly on 2nd Saturday: Saturday, March 12, 10-11 a.m. Age: 6-12 Sign in at the start of the program Kids will learn about the artist and artwork on display at the museum and listen to a children's book to inspire their own art project. No registration. Space may be limited. Presented by the Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art.

The Write Hour Tuesdays, March 1-15, 4-5 p.m. Age: 9-11 Do you love to write? Are you curious? Experiment each week with a different form of writing. You'll write fiction, poetry, plays, letters, diaries, and more! Attend one session or all three. Presented by Lighthouse Writers Workshop.

Youth Running Clinic Wednesdays, March 2-16, 4:30-5:15 p.m. Age: 11-13 Register on B-REx.com In this year’s One Book One Broomfield Junior book selection, Ghost is determined to be the fastest sprinter on his middle school track team. Are you inspired to get started with running? This youth running clinic is for you! Learn and practice the proper form and technique in a mini running workout to set you up for success!
