The Britannica homepage is packed with links to take you to where you need to go. It also is home to the in‐built dic onary and is updated with the latest ar cles for you to browse.
There are also links to different news websites, search engines and your own personal workspace.
Searching in Britannica Academic couldn’t be easier
Searching on Britannica is easy, you can click through lots of lists of subjects for inspira on, type in the search site box or advanced search to filter your findings. There are tools down the side of the page to select the type of informa on you want to find such as eBooks or quota ons.
It is simple to view the ar cle you have found. There is a table of contents at the top and you can share the ar cle or save it if you have your own workspace.
Create a workspace to save informa on you find! Crea ng a workspace in Britannica is a great way to save journals and ar cles to view at a later date. All you need to create an account is an email address and password.

When you have created your workspace, you can view the items you have saved and the date you saved them. This is really useful to build up and store resources for an assignment. You can also upload things to add to your workspace!

Referencing on Britannica Academic Referencing on Britannica Academic has been simplified due to a tool at the bo om of each page. You can ck the type of referencing you wish to use.
Remember to add brackets and check the forma ng!
