French GourMay 2021: The Ultimate Getaway

1-31 maY to Re (Discover) French Gastronomic Heritage French GourMay is the one and only major festival in Hong Kong and Macau dedicated to gastronomy à la française, organised under the umbrella of the French May Arts Festival. French cuisine is one of the few UNESCO-listed culinary cultures. Each year, we celebrate the unique culinary treasure in collaboration with one French region. As a new chapter begins, the 12th edition of French GourMay Food and Wine Festival invites everyone to (re) discover French gastronomic heritage, through the lens of surrealism, to enhance our appreciation and liberate our imagination when it comes to food and beverage. 法國五月美食薈 -（重新）發掘法國美食遺產

法國五月美食薈是唯一在香港及澳門以法國美酒佳餚為主題的盛大節日，是法國 五月藝術節旗下的節日。法國美食是世上少數獲聯合國教科文組織列入非物質文 化遺產的飲食文化之一。每年我們都會重點推介法國一個特定大區的飲食文化。 隨着全新篇章的開始，第十二屆法國五月美食薈誠邀大家通過超現實主義的視角 來（重新）發掘法國的美食遺產，提升餐飲體驗及釋放對美酒佳餚的想像力。

To touch everything by showcasing the most diverse art forms: from heritage and contemporary arts, paintings and design, to classical music and hip-hop dance, cinema and circus. Wan Chai Waterfront Promenade

The exciting development of the harbourfront continues apace with the recent opening of The Pierside Precinct, from the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre to Wanchai Star Ferry Pier. It’s now possible to walk a full 5.5 kilometres alongside Victoria Harbour, from Shek Tong Tsui almost to Causeway Bay. The new section sports a minimalist design of smooth concrete and elegant wooden furniture, but morphs westward into the wackier experience of grand and bright cartoon designs by local artist Chocolate Rain at the former Wanchai Public Cargo Working Area.

灣仔海濱長廊

從香港會議展覽中心到灣仔天星碼頭，濱海地區的發展日新月 異。從石塘咀到銅鑼灣，幾乎都可以一直沿著維多利亞港漫 步，全程長達5.5公里。 新展區採用極簡主義的設計，光滑的混凝土和優雅的木製家 具，但向西繼續前行就是由本地藝術家 Chocolate Rain 設計的 獨特風格——前灣仔公眾貨物裝修區特有的大膽明亮卡通風。
