As Airdrie’s first craft brewery, Fitzsimmons Brewing has been leading the way since 2017. Co-founder Cody Fitzsimmons is also the head brewer, creating fresh, clean brews while reflecting the local character of the ingredients. With a core lineup of stellar brews as well as a quarterly rotation of seasonals, you can always count on finding your next favourite to enjoy.
All Fitzsimmons beers are unpasteurized, unfiltered, and naturally carbonated allowing them to keep their complex yet subtle flavours.
The taproom is perfect for gatherings of all sizes, whether an intimate evening for two or a birthday party for 30. Keep an eye out for their special events including a monthly comedy show (which are the only times that kids aren’t allowed in the brewery) and weekly open mic night featuring local talent the Gabe Morris Band. In the summer months, watch for the return of their popular patio, as well as for food trucks to make regular appearances on the weekends.
