Do You Want To Learn More About Writing Your Local, Personal or Family History?

May 10, 2011 10am—11am Located at the Alabaster Senior Center 1097 7th Street SW Alabaster, AL 35007 205-663-1307 Robert Davis will share with us the reasons for needing to record or recover the past, means of obtaining information and methods of saving or presenting the information. He will also discuss the differences between family history and genealogy, as well as the specifics and importance of different kinds of documentation, including exploring when and why a legend is not accurate. Also presented will be computer programs that allow anyone to write a life story by answering questions.
