Each spring, the Blaine Police Department, in partnership with the Mary Ann Young Center, the Spring Lake Park Parks and Recreation Department, and Spring Lake Park - Blaine - Mounds View Fire Department conduct a one-day safety and wellness fair for the senior population. Seniors may register for $10.
