Meetings feature guest speakers, discussions and social events. Work with certified fitness instructors for one hour. A facilitator will assist with activities for the second hour. This is a registered program. Tri-Cities Better at Home
A program designed to help seniors remain independent at home. Helps seniors with simple day to day tasks, which allows them to maintain their independence and stay connec ted to the community. Program offers light housekeeping, transport to doctor’s appointments and grocery shopping. Sponsored by SHARE Family and Community Services, United Way and the Government of BC.
