• Develop and implement a Business Case to Improve Translation Functionality on the City's Websites

• Develop and implement a Business Case to Upgrade the Fire Record Management System

FY2021

• Develop and Implement a Business Case for the Capital Improvement Program Platform Upgrade including Next Generation Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

• Develop, test and implement virtual desktop technologies within the City’s cloud data center for business resiliency

FY2020

• Design, procure and implement a project portfolio management system to track and report ROI on strategic IT investments (Next Generation Enterprise Resource Planning System - ERP)

• Develop and Implement a Business Case for the Capital Improvement Program Platform Upgrade including Next Generation Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

• Update IT information security policy to encapsulate new processes to guide employees in the utilization of IT in order to protect the City’s information

FY2019

• Implement security tools that will enable BYOD (bring your own device) and protect the City’s information (Put On Hold Due to Strategy Changes)
