Quick Start Tennis Quick Start Tennis offers participants a chance to learn tennis while having fun. The format takes a new, more engaging approach to introduce tennis players to the game. Tennis balls are bigger and lower in compression and smaller nets are used.
Pro-rating Tennis classes will not be pro-rated. Those who can’t complete a class due to injury/health reasons may receive a prorated refund after submitting a doctor’s note within 7 days of such injury. Missed classes may be made up by attending an equivalent class within the same session (one per session). The instructor must be notified in advance by calling E-Town Tennis at 847-498-1360. There are no carryovers into next session.
Rain To find out if your class has been canceled due to rain; call the tennis rain hot-line at 847-866-8543. If the message is from an earlier time or previous date and it is one hour or less before your class, then your class has not been canceled. We will always update the hot-line at least one hour before the start of a class if it has been canceled—UNLESS there is sudden inclement weather and it occurs less than one hour before your class. In that event, we’ll update it as soon as we make a decision.
Make Up Policy If your tennis class is rained out, the instructor will discuss a rain make up date with the participants at the next class. The official make up class will be the date that the majority of the participants agree that they can attend. Another make up opportunity is to attend an equivalent-level class within the same session (one per session). Call our instructor or 847-498-1360 to arrange your make up class.

EYHA is a member of the NHL Diversity family. EYHA has been a leader in the area of diversity since the 1960s and it is an honor for the National Hockey League to grant them NHL Diversity affiliate status.
House League The Mite program is administered as an in-house program emphasizing skill development and fun. Squirts and above compete against other North Shore rinks.

Gymnastics Registering your child for the appropriate class is the first step to ensuring success and fun with gymnastics. Our beginning classes are for children who have never taken a gymnastic class or who have taken a class for less than one year. Certain skills are necessary before taking the Advanced Beginning, Intermediate and Pre-Team classes. If your child has not mastered these skills, he or she will not be able to learn more advanced skills. Your child would then have to switch to a lower level class. Therefore, if your child has taken one year or more of gymnastics lessons and you are unsure if he or she should be in the Advanced Beginning or Intermediate class, please call Michelle at 847-448-8681 to discuss which class would be best for your child. Private and group gymnastic lessons are also available for those interested in individualized attention or for those who are aged-out of certain levels. For more information on private or group lessons, call Chandler-Newberger at 847-448-8252.
MOM/DAD/TOT GYMNASTICS Spend some quality time with your child while helping him/her develop motor skills. Your tot’s movement will be enhanced through free play on equipment, self-guided obstacle courses, a general introduction to various age-appropriate gymnastic skills and a parachute circle time. This class is a great way to meet other families and introduce your child to the world of movement. Location: Chandler-Newberger Center Age: 18 months-2 yrs. w/parent or guardian Fee: $60 R/$72 NR Length: 6 sessions Class # Dates Day Time 611157A8 Apr 19-May 24 Th 6:15-7pm
PRESCHOOL GYMNASTICS
ADVANCED BEGINNING GYMNASTICS
Bouncing on the bed or rolling around on the couch are just a few signs that your child is ready for gymnastics. Our patient instructors work with your child to improve coordination, balance, flexibility and general motor skills in a fun, safe environment. Studies show this is the ideal age to begin developing skills in a structured class situation. To create the best learning environment for participants, parents are asked not to stay in the gym during class time. Please make sure you register your child for the appropriate age level. No class May 5. Location: Chandler-Newberger Center Age: 3-4 yrs. Fee: $76 R/$80 NR Length: 6 sessions
This is the next step up from Beginning Gymnastics. The class allows gymnasts to continue to develop skills and increase self-esteem, while preparing them for the Intermediate/Advanced level. If your child has taken more than one year of organized classes at another gym (including training on equipment) they may be ready for this class. We will make time to see their personally curated collection. There are so many pieces they decided to build a museum to house and display them. It houses over 1100 time pieces and over 70 stained glass pieces of art. For 11 years it has been the dream of the Halim family. Now they want to share them with all of us.
