Water & Sewer Impact Funds

Impact Fees are charges or assessments paid by new development to generate revenue for funding or recouping the cost of capital improvements necessitated by and attributable to the new development. These revenues may not be used for any type of repair, maintenance, modernization, or expansion of existing infrastructure to serve existing development.
